Hi!
It seems that no-one is talking to me on this blogsite!! Perhaps it is because I haven't told too many people.
Just to share a little news:-

We have employes a young psychologist, Sabina Govere to come and work with our orphans on a weekly basis. She comes from Zimbabwe and lives in Nelspruit. She is also an orphan so she understands the pain that the children are in. She is teaching them life skills and morals.

We are planning Games afternoon at the Driekoppies Centre on October 7th. There will be a young dentist from Shongwe Hospital who will do a dental hygiene demo and then we'll have bicycle race and a wheelbarrow race and also a times table competition - will post some photos of the great occasion!

First attempt at blogging!

Makhundu Christian Support is a voluntary Aids orphans feeding scheme. We operate in the Nkomazi area of the Mpumlanga Lowveld. We feed approximately 2500 orphans and run 3 soup kitchen centres where about 92 smaller children, who are too young to fend for themselves are fed 3 cooked meals a day. This is my first attempt at blogging - please excuse all errors. We'll be posting new developments etc.

We received 210 bikes recently from the States through Bikes for Africa!! Imagine the joy of the kids who received one!! We had to select the kids who had the furthest to travel to school. If you wish to donate, our banking details are:
